Fall for Art Artist Information

  • Application must be accompanied by five digital images
  • Images must be in JPG/JPEG format only
  • Each image must be no larger than 5mb
  • Each image should include title, medium size, and price
  • Images should represent work that will be displayed for sale in the virtual show

Jury notification will be made during the week of June 20, 2020. Images submitted with this application may be used in various forms to promote the event. If you are selected, you will be required to send a $30.00 exhibition fee, plus the following information by September 1, 2020.

10 - 20 images of artwork which will be available for sale during the show in JPG/JPEG format, no larger than 5mb each
Descriptions including media, size and price (and quantity if applicable) for each piece
Artist biography
Optional 2-5 minute artist video
Estimated shipping cost for each piece*

*Artists will be responsible for packing and shipping their work. The customer will pay for the shipping through the website and the artist will be reimbursed. We are hoping to provide the free option of a local drop off site for local customers to pick up purchases.

Sales transactions will be conducted through the Federation with artists receiving 70% of the sale price and the Federation 30%.
Artists will be paid within two weeks after the event ends.
