Congratulations on being accepted as an artist for our 2024 Fall for Art Virtual Art Show, Sale and Community Fundraiser!

Deadline for submissions is September 23, 2024. Please note that there will be no exceptions granted after September 23rd, so please leave ample time to prepare and submit!

Below you will find the link to our form to submit the artwork you plan to make available for sale, but we do ask that you take a few minutes to read over our instructions. We've also prepared a brief video that will walk you through the submission process.

Your Bio (no more than 150 words) and optional Artist video will be included on your very own Artist Profile page, so we strongly encourage each artist to submit a short video of 1-2 minutes or less. Accepted video formats are mpg, mp4, mov, avi, wmv, and qt.

Also required will be an image of yourself and an image of one of your submitted pieces that best represents your artwork. This will be used for your “Gallery” image which is where prospective buyers will find your work.

All artists are required to submit a minimum 15 and a maximum of 24 works of art for this show.

We ask and urge each artist to limit their photo submission to one image per item, however, we understand that some artwork requires multiple angles to fully represent the piece. Artists may include up to 10 additional images of alternate views of the items submitted (e.g. the back of a piece of jewelry, a close-up view of a painting or a different angle of a ceramic piece), for a total of no more than 34 images.

Two-Dimensional artists whose work is not framed must check the “Framed” box, as well as including the frame in the image. If not framed, the image needs to show either unframed or matted.

If you wish to include any of the 5 images submitted for jurying, you will need to re-submit them.

The gallery preview images are square. It would therefore be advisable to provide photos that are cropped to 800 x 800 pixels. If not, the images will be cropped to fit to best display your work.

The order in which your items are submitted will be the order it will appear in your gallery.

Please be patient once you submit your form. Depending on the size of your images and video it may take several minutes to process your submission and receive confirmation.

Once a form is Submitted it cannot be retrieved.
