Submission Deadline: September 18, 2025
No exceptions will be granted after this date, so please plan ahead to allow time for preparing, uploading and submitting your materials. Please ensure you have a stable and strong internet connection before starting. A reliable connection is essential to prevent interruptions and ensure your submission is completed successfully.
What You Need to Submit:

Use the link below to access the form and submit your artwork for sale.
(Please read the instructions and watch the short video we’ve prepared before starting.) - Artist Bio & Optional Video
- Your bio (max 150 words) will be part of your Artist Profile page.
- You’re strongly encouraged to upload a short video (1–2 minutes) about yourself and your work.
- Accepted video formats: mpg, mp4, mov, avi, wmv, qt
- Images
- One photo of yourself
- One photo of a featured artwork that best represents your style (used as your main gallery image)
- Artwork
- Submit 12 to 24 pieces of original artwork
- One image per piece is preferred
- You may include up to 10 additional images of alternated views with a limit of 2 images per item, for up to 10 items.(e.g. the back of a piece of jewelry, or a close-up view of a painting or a different angle of a ceramic piece.
- Re-Submitting Jury Images
- If you want to include any of the 5 images submitted for jurying, you’ll need to upload them again
- Gallery Image Format
- Gallery previews are square.
- We recommend cropping images to 800 x 800 pixels
- If not, they will be cropped automatically to fit
- Order Matters
- Your items will appear in your gallery in the order you submit them

A Few Final Notes:
- It may take a few minutes for your personal video to finish downloading. Please wait until the download is complete before continuing with the submission form.
- The form autosaves as you go from page to page
- You can also click Save Draft anytime
- After you submit, please be patient—large files (images/videos) may take a few minutes to upload
- Once submitted, your form cannot be edited or viewed
